Climate and best time to visit

The Southern Caribbean coast is characterized by a humid tropical climate without distinct dry or wet seasons. The annual precipitation of 3000 mm is similar to the amount of rainfall along the Central Pacific coast (Manuel Antonio). Although there is no dry season there are months with low precipitation like February/March and September/October, when dry weather offers perfect conditions for snorkelling and diving. The Southern Caribbean coast can be visited all year round.
