About us

We that are the Biologist Rolf Blancke and his wife Juana are owners of the Hotel Cabinas Tropical since 1999. I came in 1995 to Costa Rica for my studies at the university. During my stay I met my wife and decided to stay in this friendly country. Since 1997 we offer guided tours to the rainforests of the region. These excursions are of general interest and also for especially interested people like birdwatchers and herpetologists.
